REFUND POLICY

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refund goes back to your original payment method.

01 — Timeline

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete.

After approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days after receipt
  • Refund initiation: within 24 hours of approval
  • Credit to account: 5–7 business days (bank processing time)

02 — Refund Methods

HOW YOU'LL BE REFUNDED

Refunds are always returned to your original payment method. We do not issue store credits or vouchers unless you request one.

UPI / Card / Wallet

Refunded directly to the same UPI ID, credit/debit card, or wallet used at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
Bank Transfer
5–7 business days
For COD orders, refund is transferred to your bank account. We'll collect your account details via email.

03 — COD Orders

CASH ON DELIVERY REFUNDS

For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, your refund will be processed as a direct bank transfer. Here's how it works:

  • Our team will email you requesting your bank account number and IFSC code
  • Refund is transferred within 5–7 business days of receiving your details
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the transfer is initiated

Please ensure you respond to our email promptly to avoid delays. We cannot process COD refunds without your bank details.


04 — Partial Refunds

PARTIAL REFUND CASES

In rare cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is returned with missing accessories or packaging components
  • The item shows signs of use that reduces its resale value
  • Only a portion of a multi-item order is returned

We will always communicate clearly before processing any partial refund and give you the option to accept or escalate.


05 — Cancellations

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund within 2–3 business days. To cancel, email us immediately at support@knotz.shop with your order number.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead.
