RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Unused — not worn, tied, or stretched in any way
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Not damaged due to misuse, cuts, or improper handling
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects reported at the time of delivery.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right — fully and immediately.

RETURN PROCESS

Write to support@knotz.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
Get return approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a pickup schedule.
Pack and handover
Pack the item in its original packaging and hand it over to our courier partner at the scheduled pickup.
Refund or replacement
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days.
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
- Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
- Items that have been used, washed, or modified
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to improper use or storage
